HOW DO I JOIN THE RELENTLESS CREW?
STEP 1: DISCOVERY CALL
Let's chat! The discovery call is used to determine if we are a great fit to work together. This conversation is all about you and what you are looking to achieve from starting our program. We want to gain a deeper understanding into your “why” or help you discover a new “why.” If we decide to work together the next step is an in person consultation. If we decide our values are not aligned we will refer you out to a place more compatible with your goals.
STEP 2: CONSULTATION
Meet & greet! During this part of the process we will revisit the information from your discovery call and dive deeper into what you want to attain from our program. A professional will take you through a joint by joint movement assessment to discover any limitations you may have in flexibility or mobility. You will also get a feel for what a personal training session is like here.
STEP 3: PERSONAL TRAINING
Build confidence & competence. Your journey at Relentless begins with 1-1 personal training. These workouts are delivered to you from a professional. They are fully customized for where you are right now, and where you want to go. We will work together to help you gain confidence, build healthy repeatable habits, and develop all skills you need to move on to the next phase in your journey.
STEP 4: SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Getting Better Every Day. In this phase of your Relentless membership you have attained a level of autonomy and competency in your workouts. You will now continue to work off a semi-custom program with other Relentless Crew members. You will have the feel of group class but without compromising your own goals or fitness level. You understand the importance of your lifestyle outside the walls of Relentless. You have committed yourself to the journey of becoming better every day.
